Spend $3 and create a Skype account. Set up a local phone number on this Skype account ( You can do this for free ). Set up the number so that it forwards to the local mental health clinic ( You can also do this for free ). Now every time they try to call you they'll reach the local mental health unit, or police station, or .... well, you decide where you want it to forward to; you could change it every day.
