Its the number of the curse, our 23.5 degree axis after the "impact" the earth went thru before. Esoteric Artists paint symbols at 23 degrees on their paintings.

They actually do this a lot.

These use normal innocent sounding names like JASON which is an acronym for the project.

So the J means something, the A, the S, the O, and the N.
