Do the various gods such as Vishnu, Jesus, Allah, Buddah view MASTURBATION as a SIN?

Mostly nothing is said about it because it's a pretty natural thing to do to yourself if you can't find a babe to get your rocks off.

In Buddhism, it isn't "sin" as much as yet another form of attachment, or "grasping".

Every priest will tell you it's a sin, because the only sexual activity ( in their opinion ) you should be doing just with your lawfull wife, thats how the priests ( at least catholic) are trying to increase members of their church just simple as that, the best example is Northern Irelands catholic communities.

The Bible does not mention masturbation as being a sin but it does however mention that all unrighteousness is a sin and we all know masturbation is wrong. We can feel guilt after doing it. If you would know that Jesus would return within 24 hours you wouldn't masturbate all day long, would you? When you masturbating you're having sex with yourself.
