I've had meat out on my counter and stove all day and never had it glow blueish green or just plain blue. They are lying. Even if you had meat out 24 hours or longer and throw it away, you won't see it glowing like what they showed us. Something is wrong with that meat and it's contaminated.

That's what they do in China. They don't necessarily have refrigeration, so they use lots of ginger and other spices to keep the food from going bad.

I had a housemate who was doing post doctoral work at NIH. Every so often he would make a big pot of soup with pork. He stored the stuff in the cabinet. He was a physician, so he had some sense of infection.

I tried to no avail to get him to put his soup in the refrigerator. Even sitting there for 3-4 days, no bugs bothered it. He would eat it, even four days later with no apparent harm to him.
