39 year old woman. Post forced menopause resulting from hysterectomy to remove caner 8 years ago.

I had not had hot flashes in any numerous amounts for a few years. Last few months I have seen a big increase. Been wondering why because I thought I was done. Daytime and nighttime. I too wake up at 3am and between 5:30 and 6. I have been waking up at 3am for 6 years now though. 3:13 to be precise.

Also in last few weeks dreams have ramped up in intensity and frequency. For decades I have seen things in dreams that come to pass in waking life so this is unnerving to me. These dreams have been very intense and very vivid and very much about what is going on here on earth and in the sky right now.

Also ear ringing, and the other radiation symptoms have been increased since the total lunar eclipse last winter solstice. And we are due for another total lunar eclipse on the full moon this month on the 15th. Curious to see it's effect. Strange to have 2 full lunar eclipses 6 months apart.
