murat User ID: 1334974 United States 06/09/2011 03:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | An F16 is a hard bird to bring down without a fight. Those pilots do not make mistakes. All pilots fly using the instruments. The only thing you can see from the window is the sky. Without your instruments you really will crash into the ground. I think something knocked out the guidance system. A powerful EMP pulse or solar flare could do that. |

Quoting: AlasBabylonMilitary Aircraft Crashes In Adams County * " The pilot was recovered south of the Town of New Chester in Adams County and is being medically evaluated. The crash scene is located north of Highway 82, just west of Interstate 39. The aircraft was flying from Volk Field and was carrying a chemical called hydrazine, which is used to make rocket fuel. A hazmat team was assessing the area Tuesday night. " [link to www.wisn.com] . If it was just hydrazine then there is no big deal. I really doubt there were any nuclear weapons on board. We would have heard something about it in the MSM. So I say this should be unpinned. |

Listen to the vid at 3:40. Maybe its just one crackpot guy, but maybe he is telling the truth. I can tell you this: I haven't heard or seen one F16 in the air since this happened. I live 1 mile away from Truax. They've been flying 6+ times a day, every day, and now nothing. Maybe they are chemtrailing or something. Storms have been originating from that area as of late. |

It is toxic, yes, but will dissipate relatively quickly and, if you stay away, no serious EPA long-term damage. hydrazine has Drano, hydrochloric acid, piss, and sulfuric acid in it -- it is some flammable stuff, for sure. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1123472 Italy 06/09/2011 04:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Pilot Ejects as F-16 Crashes in Wisconsin Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1365772June 08, 2011 Wisconsin State Journal An F-16 pilot escaped serious injury Tuesday when he ejected shortly before his plane crashed into a vacant house in Adams County. Fire and smoke forced the evacuation of 50 people from homes near the point of impact of the fighter jet from the Madison-based 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard, but it could have been much worse. The jet came within a few feet of the roof of Norma Pourchot's house in the town of New Chester before slamming into an unoccupied vacation home across the street at about 1:20 p.m. "A few more feet and we would have been cinders," said Pourchot, 79, who was looking out the window when the plane crashed. "When it exploded, the flames went up into the sky several hundred feet." Pourchot said she heard one boom while the plane was in the air and another when it hit the ground. [link to m.military.com] NO MENTION OF NUKES ... this story is fishy Pourchot said she heard one boom while the plane was in the air and another when it hit the ground. Shot down. First boom was the pilot ejecting from the plane. Nothing to see here, move along. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1123472 Italy 06/09/2011 04:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Whats nuts is that Air National Guard across the country is conducting drills with live ammo, missiles, bombs, etc. Isn't this telling in itself? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1407159YES...it is telling! and if there WERE nuclear war heads.. would they rEALLY tell the news that?? no..the military is NOT going to give the real story to the local news when they call up.. come on! lol.. OP....it is very obvious that you have never served in the military, do not understand military heirarchy and do not understand protocol associated with live munitions whether it be army, navy, air force, or marines. I served 6 years in a combat artillery and then infantry unit and had a 13F MOS which was responsible for calling artillery and airstrikes so I know what I am talking about. Standard units, especially guard units do not have access to chemical weapons, especially fucking nukes. Just go to sleep and be glad that service men and women are doing their job and protecting your ass and realize that with thousands of training missions and patrols every year there are going to be accidents. |

Let me get this right, you're saying the sound of a pilot ejecting is loud enough to be heard from the ground, and comparable to the sound of the jet exploding when it crashed? |

TransientAPO User ID: 1339857 Japan 06/09/2011 05:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | F-16's do NOT carry nuclear weapons. Hydrazine is a part of every single F-16 flown in every country that has bought them. It is the fuel for the Emergency Power Unit (EPU). Hydrazine decomposes quickly when exposed to a catalyst, the resulting hot gaseous expansion drives a turbine and shaft connected to an emergency hydraulic pump and an emergency generator. That is it! Yes it is toxic but in no way weaponized. ...like a splinter in your mind |
