I stopped smoking weed... now what? | |

What the hell am I supposed to do now? everything is really... sharp, and in focus.. and.. dull and boring... but vivid and beautiful.. its like things have a different meaning and.. I really just want to smoke to numb it all away.. and I cant quite decide if being sober is better than being stoned... I had a manic episode and ran out and bought a big 3D HDTV with Blu-ray player on credit, even though the next thing i was planning on "quitting" was getting rid of all my electronic crap.. I feel like I was sucked back into the matrix or something. lol I mean, when youre stoned and have THC running through your system non-stop.. thinking about living a "pure life" is an obviously great thing.. you just imagine sitting in a cabin in the woods or something and enjoying nature with your whole soul un-tainted.. but in reality... ummm.... its like theres this giant void.. a black hole inside yourself... it wants to be filled and distracted with amusing nonsense... but when youre sober... again.. What the hell am I supposed to do? what the hell do sober people do? Im turning into a functioning adult by the standards of society.. what the hell is that about? its terrifying... I keep thinking about what I want to eat for dinner, and then planning trips to the supermarket.. and thinking about what new Blu-ray movies I want. this is not right at all. I want to live in the woods and grow my own food damnit.. what the hell?  |

Good point. I live on the east coast and can't get hash oil. I just smoke so much weed it don't matter.I wish I could get hash oil. One hit and the world looks like a Peter Max poster. |

Oh come on now OP... I think it's great you are quitting your vices. I smoke weed, but once and a while, not a day-to-day abuse problem. Usually when I am binge drinking. Couple times in a month. Reality is better sober and drugs are good for parties and raves. Do what makes you happy. |
