chrissiel123 User ID: 1396050 Canada 06/27/2011 12:44 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | not a bad plan...close to what everyone should be planning, but it really depends upon the nature of the S that hits the F. I am hoping for a getle doom. Wipe out the bad guys and leave a few of us good guys to rebuild - providing the rapture doesnt occur at that point of course. I think everyone should pack up, and go to family and loved ones and band together in small communities. Being alone may suit some people, but if you want to live, you need support and at least some small numbers. I would head to my folks' place. On top of a small mountain, sheilded, especially if bridges or roads go out, but enough people live in that small community to see it thrive and survive just about anything save massive radiation. There are some small farmers, but we can increase that. There are some cows and chickens for sustainability - in fact everyone there would have a part to play in creating our own sub-society. free of money and greed, where everyone just does what they can to make everyone succeed. My self, I am not much of a farmer, but I can cook and sew and knit and make yarn and weave fabrics. So I could help keep people clothed and warm. and being so remote, we wont be first on anyone's list to come looking to blot us off the face of the earth. and we wouldnt be leaving to find trouble. just leave us our tiny corner of the world and we will thrive. |
