The other issues with facebook is people in the age bracket of 15-28 could not give a fuck less about their privacy, they are more than happy to have private conversations on a public website Quoting: BillyXThat is another problem you bring up that is worthy of mention: The lack of decency and sense of decorum. It might sound old-fashioned and stuffy, but there are some things you just dont tell to fucking everybody!!! Good observation. As for killing conversation i dont think you have to much to worry about most of my generation is illiterate and incapable of independent thought!

At the end of the day it comes down to social engineering & facebook is a fantastic means of gathering back a sheep mentality in younger people, as many people my own age shy away from things like MTV & other television in favour of downloading what they want to watch it can be more difficult to warp their brains with advertising etc.
