You need to study how gps works. The satellites can drift, it doesn't change anything because the network is constantly monitored and reset constantly on a day by day basis.

What is there to discuss?

All the solstice alignments happened as expected / predicted.

The sun rise and set azimuths are now moving south as expected / predicted.

The sun is taking a lower path across the sky as expected / predicted.

Day lengths are changing as expected / predicted.

Eclipses of the sun and moon are happening as expected / predicted.

The north star is still the same distance from (and very close to) the centre of rotation of the sky.

GOTO telescopes track the stars correctly.

Geostationary satellites continue to orbit in the same plane, and continue to be at the same azimuths allowing telecomms, TV etc. to work correctly.

Nobody has produced any measurements showing any large change in the earth's axis. (Yes, we know the axis shifts during large earthquakes, but unless you've got some very expensive and precise equipment you can't measure it. It's certainly not visible to the unaided human eye.)

If you're still convinced the planet's rotational axis has changed, you should have been able to make some sort of measurement of it by now. Show us the data...

EDIT: Well, actually my pictures only go back to 2006. They could claim change took place before then. Still, the album does refute an awful lot of claims.
