In my life I've known a lot of cops. I'm related to a couple. These guys were all good guys. There was a time you know....

Lately, different story. I really HATE all the crappy cops that make it bad for (probably just a few left) good ones.

When I was young I wasn't a criminal, but I wasn't always on the *right side of the law* either. Now I'm 52 and almost completely law abiding, look much younger, and generally get shook down for no reason and talked to like a piece of dirt even if I'm just asking directions.

HoooRay for the ones that take their job seriously and actually care about the people they're supposedly there to "serve and protect.

The end of the video is freakin' awesome. I work in the canine industry and sometimes with K-9 officers. They tend to be more sane. Honest.

Ok...I posted this question back on page 1 (I think)....but no one has picked up on it. How did the dog get inside the car. After hanging spread legged, he would have been very sore, so would not be able to jump up and in through the open window. Also, why would a stray dog jump into a strangers car. The more I think about this story, the more it does not make sense.

That's fucking STUPID. For the many times I've seen an idiot, violent cop shooting a bog in cold blood for being too dumb to call dog training experts.

Just because that lady is a total SHEEP that can't do anything by herself without the help of a hired men, the cop suddenly becomes a "hero".

One more reason to let cops take care of your lil household problems, eh?

I grew up with cops, 200 of them. My dad was an MP and worked for PDs after a long career in the Army. Its just like anywhere, one in ten is a pain in the ass. Out of those pain in the asses, some come around and learn to be cool, some stay the same, some get worse. The good cops know who the assholes are and can't wait for an opportunity (that is significant enough) to have them removed. No one wants to ride with them, no one likes to back them up, but they have to.

Americans is a good apple with a worm in the core. If you want to preserve the apple, GET THE WORM OUT.

Clean out DC, the house, the senate, the judicial branch, start over. Maybe them people with integrity would want to run. Just like in the PDs....no one wants to ride or work with assholes.

From there, everything else will fall into place.

If you had'nt missed it, the 'cop' was holding a specialist animal restraint pole which makes him a specialist animal cop...no hero here..just a guy doing his daily job.

Why are they always leaving their K-9s to die of heat stroke in hot vehicles? Or kicking them to death during training? Or (like one recent K-9 cop case) starving their own dog to death in a cage at home ?

I know of,via this site, two family dog murders, one alcsimers(spell?)beating. one mentallly handicapped boy beaten.
Various little hitlers, an ambulance driver assault, a fire cheif arrested at the scene of fire..all off the top of my head while typing.

Yea I understand your point. He COULD have jumped in on his own but its a bit weird.

I'm not a cop hater at all. I think we need a good police force and there are a lot of good men and women in uniform helping to keep the streets safe - but the validity of this video can be easily questioned.

The cam is probably pinned to him no need to throw it down. Lots of these young cops today have cameras attached to their bodies to protect themselves from false accusations of abuse and such from angry dirtbags. I hate all cameras and cannot imagine having one on my body or being constantly photographed but such is the modern age.
