White Democratic presidents get the same support. And it's all the GOP's fault, more specifically Nixon, who decided to turn Black people into the enemy back in the 1960's.

Before that, most Black people were Repubs, and it's no secret that most Black people are actually fairly conservative. Had the GOP just backed Civil Rights like they should, then things would be very different. They should have continued the support after the Act was put in place. But instead, for the last 4 decades, too many GOP propagandists have been pushing the "Black people are lazy, want handouts, and that's why they vote Dem" meme. So Dem propagandists are able to label the GOP as "a bunch of old white men"

Why the hell would any Black person go where they're not wanted. Perhaps people should stop being sheep and actually try to rebuild the bridges that were burned.
