We learn about God from his word, so maybe you don't realize it, but what you are really saying is that God is arrogant.
You would not be the first person to be offended by the gospel, and yet....there will be no offended people in heaven. People who choose to humble themselves before God and receive the free gift of grace offered to them stop being offended and realize great joy, thankfulness and hope in their lives.
