This is no evidence of elenin! it appraers to be gaseous not solid, and is probably a remnant of an exploding star or some other natural space phenomenon.

There are no bearings provided of the location and it seems to bear no resemblance whatsoever to descriptions of that which is being claimed.

Yes he did say that it will be about one month behind ELENIN though if that was true we should have seen it with the naked eye by now. Because of this I'm more inclined to believe the report, which was released a couple of weeks ago saying Nibiru is 1-2 years behind ELENIN (which also corresponds to what NASA said about seeing two suns in the sky).
