If I engaged in illegal drug use I would probably not want to get the sheriff's attention with a slander lawsuit.
Granted it might be slander and that might be illegal, but you are doing something illegal yourself.
Slightly hypocritical on your part to bring the sheriff's department up on charges when you are doing something just as bad and illegal.

As bad as what the cops are doing? Definitely NOT! You know what, get caught with weed, go tell the judge "But your honor, I was simply protecting myself from cancer" and see how far that gets you. I've seen 10x the amount of research on marijuana and synthetic cannibinoid interacters than you will ever dream of. But hey, if you wanna take some guy on the internet who has long hair, no job and lives with mommy's word, that's your choice.
