When school starts, parents enroll their kids each school year.

I actually read what I'm signing.

The contracts for the school district I had to sign are awful.
I know how to sign contracts to protect my rights and I teach my offspring how to sign contracts (which include the student handbook that they want signed within 3 days of school starting.)

I witnessed the contracts as expressed trust agreements that say you expressly waive all rights to blah, blah, blah, and you hold harmless and indemnify the trustees of all liabilities, blah, blah, blah, and the trustees and board of directors do not waive their sovereign immunity or other rights.

Parents sign blindly when it comes to their offspring. They may think that by signing they are doing the school a favor but this is a commitment the parent binds themselves into for the school year and it affects their offspring.

I'm a witness.

This is a situation where a system can take advantage of our ignorance.

Throughout the contracts they call our offspring, a person.

Legally the definition of a person is a corporation [The offspring may be treated as the 'body' of a corporation']. Has nothing to do with living, flesh and blood life that can speak, think, walk the halls, and talk.

Cops/officers can arrest persons (bodies of corporations).

One of the elements of a crime is that the "Defendant" is a person.

In a legal definition a Defendant is defined as a person.

Wake up if you can, and if you can't just relax and witness what you created by signing their documents without knowing what you are signing.

Register as a citizen, and you are a person.

There is no power for citizens.
Citizens agree to be governed. (controlled...told which way to go).

By agreement to be governed and by all agreements entered into, these people are creating their own problems.

They need to stop 'using all the distractions given to them to keep them asleep and docile and compliant' and start learning about the world they have helped created by the contracts they enter into, including the contract to vote in a system that oppresses them.

Their contract to vote is renewable every two years and they renew it and complain about the control.

They agree to be governed and get mad at how they are governed.

They are a house divided.

I have not given enough information for those embedded in these layers of contracts to make a difference to a cop who arrests their child.

They have to unlock and unwind all their agreements or STFU and live with what THEY have participated in and helped create by their signature.

It's ingenious how it was set up that 'if you aren't part of the solution, you are part of the problem.'

By the time it DOES come..it will be too late.

you absolutely have to know what you are signing. your child has been 'placed' within the authority of others.

it should not be criminal to attend school. children should not be considered the property of the state. but they are.

that's the legal loopholes our government set up when you receive your birth certificate. you are the property of the corporation that is the united states.

guns have not solved all the problems we have in this country or any other.

i don't know the answers to solve the issue of corruption on all levels, but parents have to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children. if it means suing a school or homeschool, so be it.

i honestly appreciate your effort. people get going and don't realize how far off topic they are. or they just don't care about the actual topic.

Both of my sons were in public school until high school then we switched to online school.
It's not for everyone but it's a great alternative. My younger son was dealing with a bully, my oldest was having trouble dealing with people in general. Online, home-schooling was the best option and it's worked well.
My oldest is now away at college and youngest is a senior this year.
IF at all possible, home-school. I know that's impossible when both parents have to work or worse, you're a single parent. Sometimes it's not possible and we have to send our kids to indoctrination camps called schools.
