Tonights Coast to Coast AM
So George is interviewing author Robert Gleason on his book "End of Days" which is about nuclear war, but I don't know what makes this guy qualified to be on the air for about 3 hours talking about nuclear war.
The book received very mediocre reviews on Amazon.

Re: Tonights Coast to Coast AM
OK, this is a delicate issue...

But the fact is, anyone that writes a book, no matter how poorly it's written, seems smarter than all those that haven't.

It's a bit of an illusion, but it really does work that way.

So a man that writes a book about nuclear war is instantly promoted in that subject to a much higher level of credibility, even if they lack relevant degrees.

In the eyes of the public.

That's why he's on the air for three hours talking about a subject most of us have grown up with and know fairly well.

Implied expertise.

You don't get it, it doesn't matter about the guest. Don't you know that Mr. Noory often knows more about most topics and most guests. There are few more qualified that Mr. Noory to speak on the aftermath of a nuclear war. He is a true truth warrior of the light (and night, REALLY! :-) I never miss a show. He is my teacher. He is a wealth of information on a variety of paranormal topics and I feel lucky to be living in times such as these where I can listen to him every night just by turning on a radio for free. I liked Art Bell too, but lately Mr. Noory has become number one forever.
