Does anyone have any easy recipes for cooking fish while camping? I am going on a kayaking trip this weekend and am going to east some of what I catch, but will not have things like butter with me. I have a small herb garden, so I plan on taking some thyme, oregano, rosemary, etc and putting them in the fish and cooking the fish in aluminum foil over some hot coals. Maybe I'll take a lemon as well. Any suggestions, tips, or recipes would be greatly appreciated!
