Japan and Thailand have red light districts. Obviously children younger than 18 are not allowed to professionally work in this areas, but I am sure many 15-16 year olds end up there due to circumstance.

Japan definitely doesn't have anything remotely close to a problem with pedophilia. Nothing like the stuff happening in the United States.
