This was his reply: "Sorry there is no longer version, that's all of it...my sister bought a camera at a thrift store for $5 and this is what was on there. It did not hold a lot of memory, I dont know if it is fake, I dont know if it is flipped around. All I now is building 7 was a controlled demo" |

I have no idea if it can, but even if it could the tripod video is still from a completely different angle. This is rather obvious. I would imagine there were probably several people standing in the same approximate location that day, filming the building's collapse, so they would tend to look like they were in the same general spot.
