yet we have two sacred pillars either side of the doorway...

Since the dawn of civilization, the entrance of sacred and mysterious places have been guarded by two pillars. Whether in art or in architecture, twin pillars are archetypal symbols representing an important gateway or passage towards the unknown. In Freemasonry, the pillars are named Jachin and Boaz and represent one of the Brotherhood’s most recognizable symbol, prominently featured in Masonic art, documents and buildings...

The Pillars of Hercules are known also as The Pillars of Enoch, The Pillars of Atlas, The Pillars of Solomon, The Twin Pillars or The Great Pillars. The latter is the Freemasonic name for the freestanding twin pillars, Jachin and Boaz, that stand at the entrance to Solomon’s Temple (and are the entrance).

Egyptian account just backs up a happening they couldn't explain and blamed a single god rather than their 740 gods:

It has multi-meanings, my favorite is parting the red sea was about the conciousness into0 the subconcious or unfamiliar land.

BTW OP, the first post is crapola...seriously! The pharoah's own magicians were there and put their staff into snakes...BUT got eaten by Moses (God's real power) snake from cane. See people get confused because evil always counterfeits, mimicks, hides like good things so people won't spot or associate the evil. Duality and how it has been hijacked somewhat by what the people percieve. There is no left right paradigm, there is only the TRUTH>>not truth(not true=left right paradigm/black majick-white majick/hitler-churchill)etc
