Being a former dive instructor, they look like good dive tools.

For what its worth, I have done about 1000 dives, and the best dive knife I ever had was made from titanium. It wasn't super sharp, but it held its edge very well and it was more like a flat end screwdriver on the tip then a point, although it was still pretty pointy. It came with some bright green 'extra' plastic on the handle. I broke that off and it was straight black rubber, it seemed to fit in my /smallish/ hands better anyway. It cost about 100$ in 2004, but it was worth it, you should try to find one like that.

Hi mate, they are a Spanish company and make a reasonable quality knife for the price. The ones you have are a decent scuba knife and TBH could also be used for other purposes....Good find for the price! If you do some searching on Spanish Goggle and look for " Cuchillos Aitor" you may have some more luck...

It was a Storage Warehouse auction...the renter(s) had several sets of fins, Snorkels and mask....also a weight belt...they went above what I thought they might be worth.

Back to the knives, they are Stainless Steel and the "Tang" is about 1/4 inch thick....
