From our interest point of view, if we are pulling out of Afghanistan soon, we sure need to control Pakistan's options, notably, the nuclear weapons. I think we may go in to Pakistan to secure their nukes, before we leave the region. The Haqqani Network has been in operation since the 1970's and they are just now on the U.S. radar? This is something big to watch, as the Haqqani are being blamed already for Rabbini's death,as well as the attacks on the embassy last week. this group has had the same power in the region for decades, So why now, are they the big deal. And rabbini's time of death is highly suspect. What is the thoughts from the people on this board/ Quoting: The Wicked One Why cant The US leave all the countries alone? Killing thousands of them in the name of terrorism, no wonder these Muslims are ready to Kick you ass to glory! :yammnytrans: |
