I agree to hold and don't sell at these prices. I think there is alot more money printing yet to happen before sovereign nations go under. I find it interesting that you say QE3 has/is happening..just not announced. Can you elaborate?

the goal is for a few to own all the tangibles and the rest to be destitute and hungry enough to do anything to eat. if this is deflation, where is my $.50 gallon of gas? aint gonna happen. its a ploy to trade paper and get their hands on all the physical thats left. the "ownwers" are recalling all the PMs without stating such.

The FED has learned that announcing QE drives Gold & Silver prices up, because people fear the inflation that it causes. This, of course is bad for the Dollar. They know that they cannot stop printing money or the whole system collapses and they all lose their cushy jobs (and maybe their heads). So this time the are trying to do it as stealthily as possible. But they let the cat out of the bag last week, when they announced that they would provide UNLIMITED funding to bail out the European banks! UNLIMITED funding means unlimited money printing, because that's the only place that the money can come from!

When the world wide stock markets were crashing last week and suddenly the US markets found solid support on what otherwise would have been Black Friday, where do you think that money came from to support the market? That's right, it was freshly printed by the FED!

This is correct. Too many people do not understand that the "price of gold" that they see published is not the price of real physical gold at all. It is the price of a worthless piece of paper with empty promises written on it that can not be fulfilled by the "seller".

This is a paper blizzard but, I dont think to many are going to fall for this bullshit. The CME raising margins last Friday while the price was plummeting smells of a frontrun leak that "special" people were aware of.

Kitco, Gainsville and other PM seller websites are down ??

Honestly, when you look at 95% of the threads and posts on this site, it takes about 30 seconds to understand this place is packed with full blown morans. Kids who have never made anything of themselves, never run a business, never accomplished fuck all in their life whatsoever, and now they pray for doom everyday to deliver them from their misery.

I challenge anyone to try to buy even a single OZ of Gold at the Crimex paper price. It cannot be done. APMEX just raised their margins over spot AGAIN! They have been steadily doing this in response to the "paper blizzard" as you say.

Real physical is only selling for a few $$ over spot from dealers like Apmex. It's still largely tied to spot price, otherwise you'd see Silver selling on Ebay for $50 an ounce right now. Hopefully the disconnect comes and physical retains more value, but I'm just not seeing it yet.

i have no idea where they get their prices. i have never seen them pay more than 106%.

they are a business. so they pay tax on all this also..

Yes. It is still largely tied to spot price, but the premiums keep increasing and their inventories are being rapidly depleted. The trend is clear. We have all been wondering when the physical price will become disconnected from the spot price and I believe that we are seeing this disconnect taking place before our very eyes. It will take some time to fully develop, but at this pace it shouldn't be to long. The moral to this story is if you got it, hold on tight! If you don't have any, this may be the greatest opportunity to get in at this fire sale price.

PM's will continue to have wild swings to deter the layman from buying in. How soon we forget that Soros has sold his metal positions earlier this year for what? Mining stocks Barrick Gold Corp. (NYSE: ABX) and Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE: NEM) ! Soros is the head piece of TPTB and if you recall, he "broke England's bank" back in 1992 - now how he did he know that?? hmmm, I wonder, maybe at a Bilderberger meeting ?

Even If you don't believe me, that's fine. Currency is PROVEN to be just paper, printed for the security for the "dumb as bricks" people who think their dollar is really worth something (about 4 cents worth of paper and ink) with a "promise" from Uncle Sam to back it. Really? the U.S. government will PROMISE that my 4 cent piece of paper and ink is really worth $1,$5,$10,$20,$50, $100 that's a soothing though considering we are our highest debt EVER !! With QE3 to come no doubt.

And let's not forget some of the recent currency collapses such as Germany 1923 OR Argentina 2002 OR Zimbabwe 2004 OR Belarus 2011 (wikipedia calls it hyperinflation for the laymen who can't comprehend printing endless supplies of currency is bound for failure) Hell, the Euro is ONLY 16 years old and ready to fall apart - now that's a short run for a MAJOR currency eh?

So run and buy your municipal bonds if that's makes you feel better, or run to Swiss currency as so many are doing now, but please don't get too upset when you find out your currency's purchasing power has dwindled - besides, it leaves more PM's for the rest of us.

They know their con is up, I read about court cases coming up on silver and gold manipulation and a big one is that China will start its own precious metal exchange in October and that is going to destroy their manipulation.

One big scare for people to sell their gold but the smart ones are holding onto it knowing this is the endgame.

For thousands of years PM's have been "money". Caesar created the gold/silver ratio thousands of years ago. That being said, do you fear mongers really think PM's are going to "disappear" in value?
