I told my sons father if he wanted me to not take him to court for child support, he needs to give me sole custody of my son.
yay for mistakes and dead beat parents.
my sons better off. and he has TONS of people who absolutely love him.
i dont ask for child support because i care more about my son growing up happy than taking money from some immature dead beat person that I trusted in a moment of weakness.
