I know they put up with a lot of shit and a lot of other professions do too. The difference is that most of us have to face justice if we act like ignorant fools.

I'd be there protesting if I could. Personally, I love my country. I was born here and I'm never going to leave. I don't agree with how the "powers that be" run shit and I believe that I should have a say. Capitalism is great and has brought us many great things, but now it is out of control and has to be reformed. We all have been fleeced, some of us just don't know it yet. I believe that anyone who sides with the financial system must be one of the following: A hedge fund collector, a fool, a shill, or all of the above.

It is a three dimension representation of the four dimensional hypercube where a box is confined within a box, representing a brain in a cage.

My brother-in-law (who I am not very fond of) is a San Diego cop. Last year, at the family reunion, he started talking about the homeless problem and how they should all be round up and executed as they are a blight on society. (I still don't know why my sister married him!!! Ugh!)

So, I can totally believe there are assholes like that in uniform in NY as well.

When I was young, I used to have respect for the police.

I actually thought that they were there to help.

Their disregard for decency has changed my mind.

What went wrong?

How did we go from the wise, fair 'Andy Griffith' peace officer, that treated people fairly, with compassion and respect to the Bologna's that mace corralled women.

It's sickening.

I'm to the point now where I refuse to help any police officers.

If I were to see an officer in trouble, I wouldn't offer any assistance to them.

I wouldn't even waste a few minutes on my cell phone bill to save them.
