Okay, I'll add my findings.

My husband and I are/were taking:

1tsp ACV (2Xday) with 1,000 Vit C
calcium plus D3 pills
Cinnamin tea

I know this is a small change for the moment but I've run into a few things that need to be tweeked for each of us.

First, I have RA and I noticed I was starting to flare and later found out that the extra calcium isn't good for RA but I added it to help replace what the Vit C was doing. So, I'm just taking D3 by itself and my husband is still taking the combo.

Vitamin C comes in several forms. I've been taking the ascorbic acid form which for myself is a mistake. I should be taking the sodium ascorbate (to help get alkaline). Since my husband is diabetic he is better off taking the acid ascorbate form -something to do with the fact he should not be taking baking soda in water and the sodium ascorbate is somehow related to baking soda that would hurt his kidneys (maybe it was liver, I'm going by memory). If anyone knows any more or conflicting things about this please let me know. I'm going by what I've read in the past.

I bathe in epsom salts and will start taking kelp pills again since I just read this thread tonight. I noticed when I took the kelp in the past it loosened me up to an almost uncomfortable level if you know what I mean.

Thanks OP for the thread. We'll start upping some doses and add the kelp as we tweek to our individual needs.

So far the only change is that we are sleeping much sounder. It's great!
