About the getting something at midnite from a deity, the
next day after reading that post, I talked to my daughters
boyfriend, they live in Abbi dhabi, he is you guessed it,
Egyptian.

He just go back from visiting his parents in Egypt, he told
me, he has a statue for me from Egypt, that he will bring when they come for a visit later this year.
He went on to tell me he has Kings and Queens in his history.

anyway, I thought that was pretty cool especially after reading the deity post.

OP just curious, are you familiar with the "The Law of One" and "Ra Material"?

Some things you have to hold on to. this new world wants our daughters to lose their innocence younger and younger. I will not change in that regard. I will always work to protect children.

you cannot change EVERYTHING.

some core beliefs like sanctity of life or innocent until proven guilty cannot / should not change.

ALL OF THIS, plus unexpected waves of depression out of NOWHERE just hitting like a brick.

That's part of the reason I was asking for more clarification because if you put these symptoms into good ol' WebMD, it will give you all sorts of illnesses that you could be suffering from.

In fact, the "having to shave more" issue could be directly related to Diabetes, Ovarian Cancer, etc. For women at least.

So I wanted to know why, my curious brain is in overdrive! I'm all for some sort of enlightenment and/or assistance from an outside party. I don't care if it is Egyptian dieties, extraterrestrials or ghosts.

Our society needs a swift kick in the ass and the people that are struggling to make it, emotionally, finacially and spiritually could use the helping hand ; )

On a side note: I've always felt a closeness to the goddess Bastest myself. I pray to her sometimes when I see cats that have been hit by cars. I just send a quick message her way to watch over them.

About helping hands tho, I'm all for teaching a man how to fish instead of just giving him fish. Otherwise you're only teaching them to be dependant on others.

I totally feel what you said above. I sometimes look back at my life and wonder how is it possible that I have made it this far. I get so close to wanting to give up and yet somehow I never do. Like you said, it feels like we could snap...yet we can't.

But I will pose a question back to you as well. Rather than some extraterrestrial enlightening, isn't this just plain old resilience? Fortitude?

Most humans have it in their DNA, yet some many choose not to accept it because it is easier to give up. Pulling strength out of your gut when you have no strength left is by far the tougher option.

Not bashing you OP as I feel you're being very sincere with your thoughts and words. New Age platitudes always leave me a little unrefreshed. Phrases like "open up your chakra energy fields, or ascend to a higher conscienceness level" tells me nothing. It's just gobbledygook to me. Main reason is, I have no bloody idea what you're talking about.

My mind is crammed full of the day to day topics that I have to leave at my office so I can turn into nice daddy and husband before I arrive home. So the most I can ask my mind to do is relax a little, eat, talk to the family and take care of personal matters with the wife and kids.

Describe a person who does all that you advise. Does he or she live in a remote mountaintop ashram bedecked of beads, headbands and sandals? Does he or she smoke, snort or shoot drugs and use hippy-like phrases whilst giving the peace sign? Do you set in a lotus position while listening to a Swami???

I'm not making a joke here. These are real questions.
