Hi TBar, in your opinion, do you think Elenin's fragments will be viewable at any time in the near future or will they be too faint to see?

Anyone notice the glaring inconsistencies with the two main images I viewed today? The one from this morning was said to be taken with a "5" refractor and ST10xmei ccd" [ link to tech.groups.yahoo.com] yet, we are looking at Stars at magnitudes dimmer than 17. The images I received from Francis were said to be taken with a 20" 'deep space' scope, yet it appears to have trouble with anything dimmer than around magnitude 14. Exposure times? 'Deep Space' is not 0.267 AU? Anyway, I thought I'd point that out.
