My thoughts on GLP's spelling Nazis...

...well the spelling Nazis on GLP run rampant each day comparing the validity of the OP to the abilities of his spelling/grammar. The daily drumbeat of senseless name calling and utter childishness is a constant droning. I am my own spelling Nazi, yes, I am very strict on my spelling and I cannot stand being wrong on it. I have been this way as long as I can remember and my vocabulary is vast. Yet on some random day you may have come across a post of mine that had some miss-spellings or just plain wrong words in the wrong place.


Let me explain this to those of you on this site who seemingly think the first miss-spelling of a word (usually there for their or your for you're) is the first sign of incompetence or a shill. It's most likely due to a mobile device's predictive text. Plain and simple. You know how many time's I've used the word "fuck" in one of my threads as I'm speed blasting on my HTC, only to post my thread and realize that "fuck" was translated to "duck"? Yea I'm sure there are some "real" spelling-challenged people on this site, but I for some reason refuse to believe half the posters on GLP are illiterate.

You misspelled miss-spelling.

I couldn't find any misspellings in you're post but that doesn't mean it was worth the electrons it rode in on.
