Let me ask you a question. What would happen if the general population in America, especially high school graduates, boycotted colleges? What if people decided the cost of tuition was a rip off, and they were not going to pay for the service? Do you think all of the colleges around the country will be satisfied with zero enrollment? Not likely. College is a business, and like all business they would have to conform to the expectations and willingness of the consumers. Federal Aid makes it too easy for people to get money and go to colleges. Those who own and run colleges saw this as an opportunity to jack up their prices, since students were so willing to spend it. When the government gets involved with any aspect of a business transaction, the price goes up. Always.

THAT with the idea that you MUST go to college and BINGO! you have kids in the streets shitting on cop cars clamoring for $20/hr minimum wage.

Just watched The Five on Fox (not by choice). They talked about the GOP primaries and discussed the chances of all the candidates EXCEPT RON PAUL. Not one mention. Unbelievable.

Deflation is good. Take anything electronic for example.The myth that deflation is bad was created by bankers who earn there income from ever increasing asset prices while charging interest.

Deflation is natural and should happen when demand goes down.What we have now is an inflationary bubble,the only cure is deflation.The FED will not allow that to happen as bankers would lose money.So we inflate until we hit hyperinflation,then reset and start the stupid over.
