It is very sad that knowledge and history is supressed, Its good that the people arent bashing the hell out of you.
Had this Thread been something African like i have seen here in the past, the trolls would come out in full force to say Africa houses nothing but savages. It is very sad the ignorance that this forum houses
NZ, and the pacific have their ties to Africa also.

Generally nzers dont harbour racist feelings. Like everywhere, there is always some, going in both or all directions. But very little.
We have quite a racial mix, for a little country.
Maori and nz pakeha peoples have always mixed as one big family. We have all intermarried so we are all family and neighbours.
Even the other ethnic groups who live here, no matter if they are small in number feel pretty safe here in nz.
There is sometimes a little tension betweem maori and the huge amount of pacific islanders who live here, but once again not much.
That is one of the cool things about our country.
