Never have to pay taxes on your own home again. It cannot be taken away from you ever. In a very simple to do easy process you complete the transfer of the Warranty deed which was never done in any of the deeds I have ever seen. The things they don't tell you about, as a mean to take your money and or your property. Watch the video. Its worth its. sk

Haven't watched the video yet, but have been researching this topic.

As I understand it, it is necessary to establish a clear chain of title and file a land patent. Not sure how one goes about removing ones self from the tax rolls. I seem to remember that part of the sales contract is agreeing to assume the payment of taxes. Not sure how one would go about getting out of that contract. I did cancel my voters registration a few years ago to remove that nexus.

If you watch the vid it explains that this process gives you clear title and can remove you from the tax rolls whether the house/property is paid off or not. sk

The banks have no interest in any property you buy as they did not lend you anything. your signature created the money to pay for the house. They monetized the promissory note the day you signed it. So they are getting something for nothing.

If you like I can site court cases to support this. Banks have admitted in court and foreclosures abated as a result. sk

For those of us who know virtually nothing about real estate or deeper economics beyond bank balances and paying bills, this is confusing . . .

You are saying you get title, free and clear, to your house - even if you are still making payments?

Or you're saying that if your house is paid off, you can become exempt from paying taxes?

I watched the vid, may watch again and will do other research, but please explain in more simple details if you would for those who don't understand . . . and remember that not everyone grasps this stuff as easily as others.

Read the deed carefully. Some deeds have a clause whereby you agree to pay all taxes. Accepting that wouldn't be a good idea. Howard Griswald talkes some about this process on kma club on t...shoe.

Its up to you to fashion your agreement to reflect what tax situation you want. The warranty deed is what the grantor is offering.

One problem we are getting into here is mixing apple and oranges. So we need to separate the issues.

The warranty deed is already issued. You have not accepted it, well most have not. This does not have anything to do with the mortgage you have on the property/house.

I believe the reason we are forced to pay taxes if because we have not accepted the deed and the property is in a state of limbo.

Having said that I have never had a problem paying property taxes. As long as they are reasonable. Should mine ever get to the point they are unreasonable I will take steps to limit or remove the liability.

This is new. It is founded in law, but the tax issues have not been fully tested yet. But from what I know of law, they always leave on out, not for your sake but to cover their own asses. They can always point to the out and because of it say your were voluntarily paying. Limit the possibility of the then going to jail.

Seeing how not acknowledging the deed is a recent situation, I would suspect that the remedies lies within this simple action, which they have neglected to inform you of. sk

Ok, but what's not clear is why the vid refers to owning the title free and clear . . . that implies that a person would no longer have to make the payments.

Do you understand what I mean?

So if this is just about taxes, then that does need to be clarified.

Also, what about those whose taxes are figured in to their monthly payment? That is the case for millions of homeowners.

All I can do is speculate at best. Many have been attempting to get a clear title to their properties, this I think would do that, so those that have no mortgage.

After having done this, could the bank take back the property after you have acknowledged the deed. Doubtful not just because of this but a number of other things also.

If you want to go the route of stopping making payments and keep your property this I think would be a must. The banks are currently up to their eye balls with problems taking back properties. But you better have your ducks in a row. many lost their houses that didn't need to, if they had educated themselves in regards the laws governing repos. they trusted Attornies. Never a good thing to do.

You can be evicted and reoccupy your house, but like I said you better have it together if you do something like this. sk

Doesn't work for us here in Ausfailia. At the end of the day we suck the Queen's cock. Many don't even realise it. Some don't even bat an eyelid when they hear the term "Crown land".

In this day and age. The note, mortgage etc are sold before the ink is dry much of the time. These mortgages are then bundled together and sold to large institution and speculators. many times just asking to see the wet ink original of the mortgage or note will stop all proceeding in foreclosure. sk

I have not studied Ausfailia's law, but I think they are much like Canada's in regard to crown land. people up their are having some success with similar things, as we are in the states. So I suspect they would work in Ausfailia also.

In the US it is said that all land is owned by the state. Same thing as the crown for practical purposes. But we are finding ways in the law around most of the problems that currently enslave us. sk

Leases are typically granted for 99 years and land held under a lease is typically held as one undivided parcel. The lessee can make an application to the Authority for a further Crown lease at any time during the term of the lease. Further leases can be granted provided neither the Territory nor Commonwealth needs the land. In deciding to grant a further lease, the Authority will consider whether such land is required for a public purpose. If so, the further lease would not be granted.

That's not for all of our states though.

Hmmm. I was listening to a audio last night talking about the Australian aboriginals and land rights. According to them the crown has no right to the land as the original people never gave away theirs rights to the land. The jist of the conversation was now the government is trying to get the originals to sign up for land grants, and in an around about way try and get real title through defaults etc when the originals couldn't pay loans etc. Not sure any of it was true but it was interesting. sk

Here is my situation, perhaps you can help.

I bought using CASH a lot in a subdivision.

Paid a builder, CASH, to build my home.

My property tax assessment went UP over $42,000 in a three year period.

Of course I am livid since I have no warranty deed on my house, only the lot.

A warranty deed never issued for a house. But any permanent structure are considered to be part of the property. So you are ok on the count, as it is included in the property warranty deed.

You can contest the assessed value, check to see what properties are selling for in your neighbor hood. That is quite a jump in value unless they raised the assessment rate.

I would definitively do what is needed to get your acknowledgement of the warranty deed recorded. I believe that what we'll be finding is that its acceptance removes your house and property from the tax rolls. He talked a bit about it in the video. sk
