you would report that to the FBI.

Youngstown, Ohio, the feds investigated for a couple of years and took down a couple of District Attorneys, at least one judge, and went after Congressman James A. Trafficant twice, got him put in fed prison for 10 years.

I hesitate to trust anyone, but if it bothers you, go to the FBI

1. do nothing
2. turn her in if you have evidence
3. blackmail her for your own purpose
