Heres the thing about this, I believe the global collateral accounts were setup for our benefit and are there, yet the PTB dont or wont release the funds till they have their NWO in place.
Lets just say they want their cut.
There is plenty to go around but they want control of it and if they cant control the monies they will do everything to try to control us.

I've read about that stuff, I just don't see them offering it to those corrupted idiots there and not to everyone if the funds really exist. Every country is in trouble financially.

As these funds are disbursed there are checks and balances to confirm it gets where it is going.
