Russian Chinese trump card

Something has been bothering me.

What if the chinese saw the writing on the wall a couple of months ago and launched a handfull of nukes into space, disguised as the new space station? What made me consider this is the russian sat that they say didn't launch properly and is going to fall to earth. Is this really the eastern insurance card against western aggression?

If the west launches against iran, will these objects quickly fall on isreal an usa? The west would be looking for missiles launching from the ground, not expecting them to just drop from the sky crashing their party.
