That's a cool trick how do you attempt to assassinate someone when there in another state? I guess the gun doesn't even have to be aimed at anyone? How is that possible. I could understand a prison sentence for discharging your weapon at a state building or something, but there weren't even human beings targeted let alone the President, what proof do they have of an assassination attempt?
