The concept of an Iranian victory is utterly ridiculous. The naval force that the US has in the vicinity is enough on it's own. Not even considering the air force might that could be brought to bear in under 24 hours. Russia is a paper tiger, China won't get involved, and we can eliminate the Syrian problem in one fell swoop. I would give it 72 hours tops to topple them.
