its like a literal energy they could feel and it effected their energy field and then one of the worst most awkward social encounter of your life follows, you feel like you're out of your body, red faced and sweaty, panicy and it's worse then any physical pain you can imagine, i dont really understand it, but it sucks ass, sometimes a whole room of people will get the anxiety attack and a terrible vibe and energy flows through everyone, and sometimes i feel like i started the whole thing off like a chain reaction. if i could press a button and have a trap door open under me and have myself drop into a infinite void, i would, just to get the hell out of there, social anxiety is a real terrible horrible feeling, i hate it more then anything and have suffered with it my whole life, and no one cares

This happens and I care. You have to have the courage, trust and faith to LET GO, trust that everything will be okay and the natural harmony and spontaneity of the situation will return.

If you let go, you are no longer feeding the discord and "natural harmony" will take place.

You may not be able to let go completely at first, but with practice you will become "a natural".

That doesn't mean that you have to surrender control of your own mind, because truthfully, when you are having the attack, you've already lost control.

In social situations(and sometimes by yourself) you have to let your subconscious take care of certain things. You are not always better off trying to figure things out that would be better taken care of naturally.
