You have to have the courage, trust and faith to LET GO, trust that everything will be okay and the natural harmony and spontaneity of the situation will return. If you let go, you are no longer feeding the discord and "natural harmony" will take place. You may not be able to let go completely at first, but with practice you will become "a natural". That doesn't mean that you have to surrender control of your own mind, because truthfully, when you are having the attack, you've already lost control. In social situations(and sometimes by yourself) you have to let your subconscious take care of certain things. You are not always better off trying to figure things out that would be better taken care of naturally. |
