As far as your question about Nephilim (offspring of the fallen angels): yes, they survived the flood, but they are cursed to roam the earth (you cited the book of Enoch) as invisible, evil spirits also known as demons, until they are destroyed at Judgment.

Anyway, Gigantism is a very painful disease or disorder, so I would have to question the whole thing about might and mass violence by Giants, because the cases known today clearly show that there are numerous health defects that come with Gigantism, especially with the weakness of bone structure, i.e. tendency to break easily, etc., organ problems, etc. I saw several you tube videos about this one man in Turkey who has Gigantism and he really suffers.

On the other extreme is nanism, or dwarfism and like gigantism there are numerous ill health effects. Both clearly show genetic abnormalities however they also show in studies that these abnormalities occur with changes through EVOLUTION,
