and in Germany its almost impossible to buy iodinized salt without flouride.

only the cheap ones are available without fluoride and iodine but enhanced with ripple additions like AlCl who aren't healthy as well.

but here we need iodinized salt to compensate our lack of iodine in food.

It is good to avoid the fluoridated salt? But the better source for iodine is the supplement spirulina and chlorella. These are a green sea algae with natural iodine.

Yep, I take an organic kelp iodine supplement...

The problem with spirulina and chlorella is: you so not know where it is harvested.

You could easliy change your iodine insufficieny with radioactive iodine isotopes harvested in the fuckushimaed pacific.
