"Breaking" ...are you kidding? How is this "breaking news?" You must be desperate for attention.

I have been doing cupping for a while now.
One rubs ones hands together to get the qi going and then one places them over the eyes. Ensure that there is total darkness.
Sinking into the darkness is sublime.
Even if the sun is really baking this makes it seem like the sun has gone behind a cloud and the body is in shade.
After a few minutes of this darkness - keep your eyes closed and face the sun directly.
All the time breathing deeply.
The brilliance is astounding.
I have taken DMT and this matches the experience.

Yesterday, after a long absence of sun I did it again.
At first there was no brilliance upon looking at the sun.
So I chanted a bit, drank some water, kept my eyes closed for a longer period of time.
When I removed my hands these bolts of coloured brilliance entered my whole being. I have never experienced anything so illuminating.

We are pure light.
Pure , pure light just inhabiting these bodies.

Every time I have a negative thought I say to myself "Love & Light", I am consciously spreading "Love & Light" to everyone I come in contact with or think of. Just know that we are made of the love and light of the universe.

I prefer to think of God as the all encompassing universe, but it is all the same!
