Why Did Ron Paul Just Say "I'm The Only One In The DEMOCRATIC Party"....

I have served this country and still have many friends in the United States Army.Considering Ron Paul has more military donors than every other candidate combined,I think most in service disagree with you when you say he is weak.
No other candidate in history has had as many or as much money from active military service men and women than Ron Paul.
He is not weak,he simply wants to follow the constitution and only go to war when it is officially declared by congress.Not as a police action or an executive order of the president.That has not happened in the 181 conflicts the United States has been in since world war 2.
He has a good point and most Americans are sick of being the worlds police(and enforcers for central banks).

I was an adult in the 80's and 90's. Yes, even when wrong paul ran in the 80's, was loony then, then 2008, loonier yet, now 2012 with dementia setting in.

Ron Paul has more military donors than all the other candidates(including Republicans and Obama)Combined.

The man is not weak and no one who understands why we are fighting the wars we are in thinks he is weak.Hell the guys fighting the wars want Ron Paul as the next president to LEAD them.

Yep, I am a loon, especially when dealing with you folks. You have your opinion and that is fine. What turns people off is constant "RP supporters are always right". That gets old and after a while, you are on defensive before the conversation begins. Blame his supporters for that.

Same thing happened with Obama and his supporters... but more so.

Try to see the other side. I have seen supporters get bashed and abused and insulted without just cause on these threads. Please look at the other side.

what he means to say and the way I understood it when I saw it is, "I am the only one up here (in the Gop)...or (even) in the democratic party."

He does leave out words sometimes.

Yes, you are going to get bashed. He has so many thoughts he's trying to get out in such a short amount of time, he slips up a little. Sometimes what comes out of his mouth you have to decipher because as another poster said, he gets tongue tied. Don't make it something it's not.

Also if you are going to judge Ron Paul based on his followers thats pretty shallow. After all Christians(i see amen in your name) have killed more than anyone on the earth. so i judge your opinion to matter not to anyone. thats not fair is it :)

You aren't learning disabled it's pretty easy to understand what his intent was.

First he said I'm the only one up here. Considering up here was a panel of republican president candidates it's safe to assume he was speaking about republicans. Next he said in the democratic party. This wasn't a literal statement that he was in the democratic party but a way to compare his stance against those in the democratic party.

He could have said something like "I'm the only one in either party..." but then idiots would ask of he's a member of the either party.

The thing with that is I keep wondering which party he actually is with. He calls himself a republican but doesn't act like one.
