Water has its memory, so, what about Fukushima?

Now, I am studying some films about the fact, that water has its memory. Now, we know, that all water from reactor 4 disappeared where ever.
When the water can conservate all, so how does it conservate radioactivity and especially Plutonium?
I could learn, that feelings can influence the structure of water crystals. So, good feelings make it looking very nice.
Some medics from Japan told to the people to smile, when wanting to be protected from radioactivity. So, maybe it is possible to influence the water inside of our bodies? To make the 70-90% of our bodies stronger, because nicier?

So, is radioactivity not evil?
