oh yes I think so...you get different emotions from the movies or tv this is no different. Are you in tune with the energies of different people that you come in contact with? Can you feel the energies from the earth? If you can do that then you should be able to feel the energy that certain posters give off in their posts.

oh...I think it differs but only because of the scope of information that flows through here. Sometimes the energy that this site is projecting is positive other times it is negative and can be draining on your own energy....but I find the negative is not as frequent as the positive energy. Mind you I am only speaking from my perspective. I wish others who are able to identify this energy would voice their opinions more...but this is a tough subject. I understand that :)

I agree on glp being energy, heres my post from earlier on how i believe it positively effected me (including someone agreeing the post i mention in there had a energy to it)

Neither, just different. Exchanging information changes both parties, just like in real life. For someone who's empathatic and social, it's a blessing... I adore being in company I choose, but out and about with those who ooze negative information and their energy drains me. Online I get to pick and choose with a filter between the emotional energy, good or bad. It's why I work from home and shop in bulk... I'd rather save that energy for sharing with those who get it and get me. Self preservation, lol. That being said, I function well in public, but it's tiring to walk around with sheilds on full.

I'm neither dark nor dirty, lol... And soooo not goth. I'm the perky smart chick who can fix your computer and banter flirtatiously whilst frying you up some bacon and eggs.

I read your thread earlier...I have to say I agree with this AC....

The thread with the blotter was highly volatile energy. I stepped in for a moment and I started remembering what it was like to be on the same substance. It was extremely intense.

Perhaps you had a chemical reaction from your emotional experience reading that thread. Perhaps you became sober with your life choices, or saw your life as a choice and decided to start making them.

The question I've found in my days is not 'Why' but 'Why not?'.

You know the negative stuff... I see it like manure. It stinks and no one wants to touch it, but it's there for a reason. Life sprouting back from death and decay, like all of us... Our waste, our death, our loss becomes new life that nourishes and sustains the living all over again. Taken to extremes on either end? Too much light or darkness and you're still blind. But somewhere in the middle? That's peace, that's life. There's not an atom of us that's not been an atom of something else before we claimed it for the "Nation of Me". Take light or dark away from us and see how quickly we'd be fucked. That's just the way of it... it's horrible. It's beautiful. It's flawed. It's perfect. We don't live in the yin or the yang, but the thin strip between.

Just more accessible to massive amounts of people across the globe rather than some one single place in real life. it's somewhat revolutionary. if someone sends out negative energy the person who takes it in could transform it into positive energy or not even pay it mind as negative energy depending on how they looks at things imo. so that is different for everyone. it could be like the difference between a friend giving you a high five, twisting your nipple or punching you in the face and how you take it idk. Maybe not all the time..

lol way back when i first started reading glp from my iphone (back at the end of 2010 and i posted as an ac) ill admit certain threads got to me and i saw constant doom, not to mention when i moved to north cali and the earthquake threads got to me to the point i could swear i saw indicators or felt the ground moving (in fairness there were a couple minor quakes that got reported and my phone sent me an alert on so not entirely crazy..) after i got past the doom is everywhere phase most glpers go through i started having more fun and after a break got back into it and enjoy myself.

Silly girl if you werent an escapist you wouldnt be here. You may have the exterior of a reptilian and slyness of a fox, but clearly everyone here is an escapist.

You can be an escapist and not realize it, you can also throw a golden apple or two, but even golden apples lose value when you understand gold has very little applicable value.

Yep...I think that's what happens to most that first find glp. Most of this stuff people in the world don't talk about openly so when you come here and start to read all about it...it can kind of rocks your world lol
