i call bs because we just print more money. We will never run out of money as long as the other fools in the world accept the dollar. It's like america is stealing.

have they even started sending out refunds yet? companies don't even have to have your tax information to you until the end of the month

I'm nearly positive the 25th is the first cycle of refunds. i'm expecting mine tomorrow.

I'm self employed btw so I filed on the 4th of the month

My return was accepted on the 17th which should give me a refund date of the 25th but the IRS says I should receive it by the 7th of February.

I'm thinking no refunds this year but I guess we shall see.

The page is down for me too.

TurboTax gave me an estimated refund date of Feb 1, but I checked the IRS site a few days after my return was accepted, and it said Feb 7. Strange.

It's still down but I got my refund today. So (at this point) it appears the website isn't interfering with refunds.

My sister used TaxSlayer to file online (never heard of them, personally) and they sent her the following email today:

I used H&R Block online and I too received the email about processing delays over the weekend.
