He is a big government aficionado who voted to increase the debt ceiling multiple times. The only reason why he did not vote for TARP and Obamacare... is because the voters of Pennsylvania turned him out of office for corruption ! So he was not even IN the Senate when those bills came to the vote! And I also beg to differ with you about Santorum's so-called piety. Santorum is all for the sanctity of life if we are talking about embryos. But he is an unpredictable, hothead when it comes to foreign policy. I certainly would not want someone of his temperament anywhere near our national arsenal of 30,000 nuclear weapons! Santorum would have us in World War 3 in his first month in office ! He is totally NOT presidential caliber. The people of Pennsylvania don't even think he is SENATORIAL CALIBER! |
