I believe anyone can change and whiten themselves and work toward this raising vibration goal, and love with all their hearts. It is GOD who desires to take you back to Him, not anything we can do, only by His Grace. He watches and waits for us to make the attempt to want to know Him, and He knows if your heart is in it or not. Many are invited to know Him, but few choose to.
