No civil war, If OBOZO was to get re-elected and ramp up his Marxist Communist plans it wont be civil war, i think it would more likely be a Civilian / Military coup to remove him from office

The millitary will be used against the civillian population that tries to object to a totalitarian government, along with NATO and U.N. troops. All Democracies end in a Dictatorship.
