What this means, is that you have no medical freedom. You are forced to buy the government insurance, even if you have your own private plan. Also, if you object to the use of your medicare payments to fund abortion, or anything else that violates your beliefs, you cannot opt out. IMO, this ruling forces everyone to subsidize things they do not want, and things that go against everything they believe in.
The constitution has been thrown out by the administration, and your freedoms are being thrown in the trash along with the constitution.
